Running Routes

Visit our Toronto Running Club Strava page for times and routes. We run all year round. We run 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Additionally, we add a speed workout leading up to races.

TRC Monday 5K 6pm @NTMCC

Monday run routes will be communicated and led by a TRC group member at the beginning of each run! Runs go through nearby neighbourhoods and paths to create fun energetic recovery runs.

TRC 10k Wednesday 6:30pm @NTMCC

Starting in October

Winter routes are designed to use neighbourhood roads to offer a protected, well-lit runs that give us a variety of running challenges.
